How and when can I make payment?

Payment is required at time of purchase. Items will not be posted until payment has been made in full.

I can accept Visa, MasterCard or regular account payments all through Paypal.com. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account. Payment using your credit card through PayPal or using your PayPal balance is instant. If you have questions about online payment through PayPal just click here to contact me.

I use PayPal because it protects you and I. It automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to mine using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available.)

What type's of Shipping do you have?

Shipping within Australia is $5. Orders under $60 go via regular post should you want your parcel registered please tell me in the checkout, the charge is $3. Orders over $60 go via express post, as I like to ensure items reach there destinations as quickly as possible and can be traced if need be. A great deal of care is taken with packaging your purchases. BHO will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of items during transit with Australia Post.

International Shipping is via airmail and is taken to the post office every Friday. International shipping insurance is available on request for purchases under $150. Purchases over $150 include insurance. All care is taken when my handmade items are packaged for these long journey’s. BHO takes no responsibility for taxes/duties on international orders.

Guarantee, Repairs and Refunds

As a Designer and Handcrafter I stand 100% by my product. This is why I offer a 30 day warranty. If in this time you feel your item is faulty in some way please contact me as soon as possible with the details.

Repairs/replacements/refunds will not be made until the item in question has been returned to BHO to be inspected. Items need to be returned within 7 days inside Australia or 21 days if International, from the time of first contact.

BHO does not exchange or refund if you have changed your mind.

Please remember all items are handmade and deserve the same respect you would give an old friend. Treat your purchases with kindness and love and they will be sure to give you many years of joy and loyal use.
